STONE CARE SERVICES
Stone is a natural solid formation of one or many minerals, which many assume is a permanent material that does not need maintenance or care. However, after stone is installed, permanent damage often occurs from neglect, incorrect cleaning methods, and/or using chemicals that are not formulated for stone care. Stone needs conditioning, cleaning, protection, and restoration. Ameri*Serve designs a maintenance program based on the hardness and absorbency of the stone. CARPET CLEANING
Depending on the manufactures specifications, we tailor our cleaning methods to provide consistent, excellent results. We offer steam cleaning and extraction, encapsulation (dry clean), carpet bonnet pad cleaning, and professional spot removal. We offer re-application of stain protector after the cleaning has been completed.

FLOOR FINISH REMOVAL & RE-APPLICATION
'Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) is a finished flooring material used primarily in commercial and institutional applications. Vinyl tiles are composed of colored vinyl chips formed into solid sheets of varying thicknesses (1/8" is most common) by heat and pressure and cut into 12" squares. Tiles typically have a floor finish applied when manufactured; however VCT needs to be properly maintained to keep a "like new appearance".
Floor finish needs to be removed when any of the following occur:
1. Traffic or wear patterns start to develop.
2. Excessive buildup of floor finish or discoloration.
3. Failure of coatings to properly bond to flooring.
4. Excessive black heel or scuff marks that cannot be removed.
5. When routine or interim maintenance is no longer effective.
